Terms and Conditions

• Valid 11–15 December 2026, booked via SleepOver Moria; Punda Maria Gate is added manually with one combined confirmation.
• Rate based on a group of 10, single or sharing. Smaller groups may be re-quoted at a higher per-person guide fee.
• Guided by David Letsoalo, hosted with Jandré Verster. SleepOver may substitute either without grounds for cancellation or refund.
• Do not book Punda Maria Gate separately for these dates. Booking confirmed only on written confirmation plus payment.
• 50% deposit to secure; balance due 30 days before arrival (11 Nov 2026). Bookings within 30 days paid in full.
• Cancellations >30 days out: deposit refunded less R500 admin fee. 15–30 days: deposit forfeited. Within 14 days/no-show: 100% payable.
• Guest, room or group changes are subject to availability, may affect price, and apply to both properties. Unused nights, meals or guiding days are non-refundable.
• Not included: inter-property transport, Kruger conservation/entry fees, drinks, personal expenses, gratuities, and activities not listed.
• Sightings not guaranteed; programme may be adjusted for weather, safety or park conditions.
• Guests may be filmed/photographed for promotional use — opt out with the guide/host at trip start.
• Guests participate at their own risk and must follow guide instructions and park rules.
• Dietary needs must be advised at booking; late requests can't be guaranteed.
• SleepOver may cancel/amend for circumstances beyond its control, offering an alternate date or full refund.
• Completing the booking confirms acceptance of these terms and SleepOver's standard booking terms.
